By using WhiteNote, you agree to these terms.

The service

WhiteNote helps you create tasks, reminders and plans with the help of AI. We keep improving the app and may change features over time.

WhiteNote Pro subscription

• The subscription is $9.99 per month, with the first week free.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account after the trial period.
• It renews automatically; you can turn off renewal anytime in App Store settings.
• Without an active subscription, access to the AI assistant is limited after the trial.
• A Pro subscription may be shared with family members via a family link while it is active.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
• You are responsible for the content of your tasks and messages.
• AI can make mistakes — verify important details (dates, addresses, times).

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed tasks, AI errors or inaccurate travel times. It is an assistive tool, not a replacement for your own judgment.
